We ship to any valid USA address reached by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
When will I receive my coffee?
Your coffee should ship within 2-5 business days. You should receive your coffee with 7-10 business days.
Don’t forget – with Autoship we ship on the same date every month!
What is the DELIGHT GUARANTEE?
If you don’t love our blends, for any reason, send them back and we’ll replace them at no charge. We want to find the coffee blend that best fits you. If you are still not delighted after we replace your product, we will issue a full refund for the products that did not meet your expectation.
Is every part of the KCup Biodegradable?
Yes, every part of our KCups is either biodegradable or recyclable. The cup, filter, lid, and the coffee inside. Just drop it in the recycle bin.
What is "Auto-Ship"?
An order that automatically ships each month, so you never run out of coffee! Your credit card will be billed each month when your order ships. It can be cancelled or changed at any time, to best meet your needs.
This is also known as a “subscription”.

Is your packaging biodegradable?
Yes, everything that is associated with Magnus Premium coffee is either fully recyclable, or biodegradable and is clearly marked as such. We strive to be as eco-friendly as economically possible.
How much coffee do I need?
That will partly depend on your personal tastes. Our K-Cup coffee comes in 10-cups bags. Our whole bean coffee comes in a 12oz. bag. Our ground coffee comes either in a 12oz. bag.
If you like your whole bean/ground strong, medium, or weak depends on how much you will use in your coffee brewer. Typically 1 bag makes 10-20 pots of coffee.
Do your KCups work in the Keurig Vue machine?
No, currently we do not offer products that work in the Keurig Vue machine.
Are you KCups OK with Version 2 and other Brands?
Yes, our KCups work in Keurig Brewers including 2.0 machines, as well as other brands of KCup brewers.
When will my card be charged?
You should see the charge within 24 hours placing your order.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges?
We aim to please!
If product is damaged or defective, please contact us within thirty (30) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and gladly send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until your return has been handled.
In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete please contact Customer Service and let them know that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within fourteen (14) business days from the purchase date so we can get you your coffee!
What if I don't like your coffee?

Do you charge for shipping?
Only on orders less than $50.
Our products have more coffee and biodegradable packaging is more expensive. In order to keep the pricing as low as possible for our coffee loving customers, we need to pass through shipping costs on small orders.
When are orders processed?
All our blends are roasted, ground, packaged and shipped directly to our customers. If your order is in by 11am MT, it will normally ship out that afternoon.
I'm going on vacation. Can auto-ship be paused?
You can change your order or delivery date at any time. Just sign in and make the change that best fits your needs.
